DANCE IT OUT

Having a bad day? Do it like Meredith, dance it out. Movement of the body helps to release and move stagnant energy that can build up. Even emotions can get stuck and cause physical pain and stiffness. If we utilize movement and breathing exercises in our everyday lives, we can help keep those energies flowing and help avoid those unpleasant pains, headaches, even those depressed days can be lessened by simply doing breathing exercises, yoga, dancing, stretching first thing daily. And let us not forget to get outdoors and soak in some nature. Take that walk. Ride that bicycle. Shoot those hoops. Do that yard work. It is not hard to find ways to move your body and get those energies flowing. Something as easy as a few jumping jacks can do wonders. Dance it out. Sing it out. And remember, if you don't use it you lose it.
